• Develop and execute long-term growth strategies, ensuring all business units align with the group's vision
• Operational Excellence: Oversee all business divisions to maximize efficiency and profitability while ensuring compliance with legal and safety standards
• Lead financial planning and reporting, safeguarding profitability through effective cost and revenue management
• Direct business development, marketing, and customer engagement to champion innovation and foster key relationships
• Lead and mentor the senior team, fostering a culture of accountability and developing top talent for future succession

What skills do you need?

• MBA or equivalent masters degree in Business, Management, or related field
• At least 8-10 years of senior leadership experience ideally in both retail and hospitality
• Proven track record in driving business growth and profitability
• Strong commercial acumen with strategic and operational agility
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
• Passion for quality, customer service, and brand excellence
