Mission to satisfy our customers with best value products and services whilst consistently meeting all our requirements.Main Responsibilities:

• Upkeep and preventive maintenance together with breakdown maintenance of Facilities equipment
• Find ways of improving efficiency and reliability of Critical systems and other Facilities
• To make sure that all preventive maintenance is done according to local procedure and that all works done are reported and logged
• To assist in the implementation of all Corporate and Plant objectives towards meeting the company's Energy Reduction Program

What you'll be doing:

• Carry out an intensive program of planned preventive maintenance for all Facilities plant equipment.
• Carry out routine maintenance on all plant Facilities machinery and equipment to include fault finding, problem solving and minor repairs to minimise down time.
• Full, accurate and timely completion of all maintenance logs, schedules, etc. to comply with the plant local Standard Operation Procedures
• Carry out all minor mechanical & electrical repairs in relation to buildings and utilities, planned and executed in such a way so as to minimise risk or inconvenience to others.
• Review processes, procedures, systems, paperwork, etc. in own area, and make suggestions for improvement
• Ensure full and timely reporting of all major breakdowns, significant problems, repair requirements, delays or down time to relevant personnel.
• Liaise with customers and suppliers as necessary to clarify technical details and overcome problems.
• Any other reasonable duties or project work which may be required by management from time to time.

What you'll bring:

• HNd Electrical Engineering
• Wireman licence A and B
• Field of expertise: Preferably Plant and Facilities Maintenance, Building Services Engineering, Knowledge on Siemens plc controls

Your initial pay could be at the minimum or higher based on location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors, all of which are subject to change.
