• Develop and execute integrated social media campaigns (paid & organic)
• Create high-impact video/banner for all advertising campaigns
• Implement best practices for maximum reach/engagement
• Manage community interactions, including moderation and VIP outreach
• Plan influencer activations to accelerate audience reach and growth
• Manage SEO and content optimization with keywords
• Write high-quality content to drive maximum user engagement
• Build and optimize marketing automation journeys (HubSpot/similar)
• Manage audience creation and A/B testing and research
• Manage paid campaign budgets across all channels
• Analyze data, report metrics (ROI, reach), and propose strategic improvements
• Perform necessary business and operations administrative tasks
• Collaborate with the Director and agencies on PR/event-related projects
• Assist with flexible ad hoc tasks and business priorities

What skills do you need?

• 3-5 years strategizing/delivering social/digital campaigns with proven business results
• Agency/in-house Luxury sector experience required (yachting/real estate preferred)
• Proven success with luxury brand digital campaigns (paid/organic)
• Manage community, trends, and social activations to drive sales
• Confident in capturing and editing photo/video for optimal social and digital use
• Expertise in SEO/automation for luxury lead generation
• Produce, measure, and report post performance for strategy
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to luxury brand standards
• Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to delivering product excellence
• Excellent English required - other languages (French, Italian, Spanish) are a bonus
