Remuneration: Salary + benefitsMain Duties:Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT-related issues to ensure smooth system operation.Manage user onboarding and offboarding processes, including access and account provisioning.Support and maintain cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure and/or Oracle Cloud).Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure performance, security, and availability.Implement best practices for data protection, cloud security, and disaster recovery.Administer Microsoft tools (Intune, Exchange, Purview) and Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence).Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure IT systems meet business needs.Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.Develop and maintain technical documentation.What skills do you need:Minimum 4 years experience in IT support with a strong focus on cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or Oracle Cloud).Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Knowledge of cloud architecture, network fundamentals, and scripting for automation.Familiarity with virtualization and containerization technologies.Experience in the financial services sector is considered an asset.Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
