We’re looking for a Brand Manager to take the lead in shaping and driving our client’s brand strategy within the Sales Department.What You’ll Be DoingAs a key player in their commercial success, you’ll be responsible for:

• Crafting and executing a strategic business plan tailored to your brand(s)
• Analysing market trends, consumer insights, and the competitive landscape
• Building and nurturing strong supplier relationships
• Selecting high-potential products aligned with brand identity and market demand
• Setting smart pricing strategies to boost profitability—and tracking performance
• Managing stock effectively, introducing new lines and phasing out underperformers
• Collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure target achievement
• Representing the company at industry events and supplier visits to stay ahead of trends

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or sales (FMCG experience is a plus!)
• Strong financial and analytical acumen
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• The ability to juggle multiple brands and cross-functional coordination
• A sharp eye for data—able to turn insights into actions
• A track record of developing and executing brand strategies that drive results
