• Oversee office maintenance, supplies, and vendor relationships to keep the workplace running flawlessly
• Manage courier services, mail, and office orders to support daily operations
• Provide key administrative support to the HR team and senior management
• Coordinate meetings, internal events, and onboarding/offboarding processes
• Welcome visitors and handle front desk duties with professionalism and warmth
• Act as Health & Safety Officer, Fire Warden, and First Aider to ensure a safe work environment

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in office administration or related roles
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Professional, approachable, and discreet attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Previous HR admin experience is a plus
• Willingness to obtain Health & Safety and First Aid certifications
